Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer replacement only, not returns.

Replacement Conditions

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a defective product

  • You receive a wrong item

Important Instructions

  • You must record a full uncut opening video of the package

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Shipping label

    • Package opening

    • Product issue

Without an uncut video, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share the opening video and issue details

  3. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement

Products used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
